The Fraud of “Gender Affirming Care”

and other Orwellian terms that stifle speech

I came across the term “gender affirming care” again in an article this morning and wanted to write something about it. The term “gender affirming care” is a contradiction so obscene, so detached from reality, that only a culture in freefall could accept it as serious discourse. It is a linguistic fraud designed not to clarify but to anesthetize thought. Like every collectivist slogan in history, it is not a term—it is a weapon.

“Gender affirming care” is not care. It is not medicine. It is not reason. It is the sanctioned disintegration of the mind’s allegiance to fact, wrapped in the language of compassion to disguise its nihilism. The term demands that one affirm a subjective feeling in defiance of objective biological and genetic reality—and then mutilate the body to match a lie.

It is not “affirming” to drug a child into chemical castration. It is not “care” to amputate healthy breasts in the name of a metaphysical delusion. It is not “progress” to replace knowledge with emotionalism, or medicine with obedience to the mob. In truth, the phrase means the opposite of what it claims. It does not affirm the individual—it annihilates the self. It demands that man renounce reason and submit to whim.

This is the ethics of altruism taken to its logical extreme: the sacrifice of truth to feelings, of science to slogans, of the mind to the tribe. It is not enough that you tolerate the irrational—you must participate in it. You must say two plus two is five. You must call a boy a girl. You must assist in the destruction of human potential—and call it love.

Observe the Orwellian structure of the language. The child is not born male or female—he is “assigned” a sex by some bureaucratic hand of fate. The mother is no longer a mother—she is a “birthing parent,” a unit of reproduction with no identity. The father is erased. The man becomes a woman not by essence, but by declaration. Reality becomes optional—so long as you lie loudly enough.

But reality is not optional. You can evade it—you cannot escape it. A scalpel cannot make a man into a woman any more than a whip can make a slave into a volunteer. Biological sex is a fact of nature, not a mood. To deny it is to declare war on reason itself.

This is not an error—it is a moral inversion. It is not an attempt to help confused children, but to use them as cannon fodder in a collectivist crusade against identity, objectivity, and freedom. It is not “inclusive”—it is destructive. It treats man not as a thinking being but as raw clay to be molded by social engineers and political commissars.

Reject the lie. Reject the premise. A moral society does not “affirm” fantasy—it affirms truth. It does not mutilate children—it protects their right to become rational, independent adults. If you wish to stand for man, for reason, for life—then say clearly and without apology: there is no such thing as “gender affirming care.” There is only truth—or the abyss.

This is not a debate over pronouns or feelings—it is a fight for your mind and for your objective judgment. The enemy does not want your agreement; it wants your surrender. It wants you to doubt the evidence of your senses, to betray your reason, and to chant the slogans as the world burns. But man’s tool of survival is not obedience—it is thought. If you value your life, your freedom, and your integrity, then stand up and say it: there is no compromise between truth and delusion. There is no middle ground between reason and madness. There is no such thing as “gender affirming care”—only care that respects reality, and care that destroys it.

There are many other similar Orwellian terms the left uses to fight reality which I may write about, such as “affirmative action” - systemic, institutionalized racism and sexism, - “health equity”, “safe spaces,” and “hate speech” are more examples.

Orwell warned us: when language becomes a tool of ideology, freedom of thought becomes impossible. In our time, the stakes are not merely academic—they are surgical, chemical, and irreversible. Words matter. And in this case, they conceal far more than they reveal. It is a fight for your mind and objective judgement.
